HERMETIC SEALED SLIDING DOOR (Manual/Automatic)

Door core of 44mm thick built up with: -

• For HPCL:- 4mm thick HPCL (High Pressure Compact Laminate) skin at both side of the door to provide better strength and rigidity.
• CFC-free, high density polyurethane puff (density 45­±2 kg/m3), thickness 36mm to provide better insulation.
• Door aluminum frame of 3mm thick. Frame construction will be single rebate and max Jamb size will be 80X50mm.

Door Hardware: -

1. SS ball bearing Hinges (101x76x3mm)
2. SS D Handle both side of the door
3. Door Closer on active leaf only
4. Dead Lock both side key operated or Mortised Lock one side key operated another side knob operated
5. Door Stopper to stop the door at the opening end
6. High Quality double glazed flush vision window of 300mm X 300mm view size. Both sides flush with the door blade.
7. Door seal on door frame & Drop seal on door leaf
